Television presenter Jeremy Clarkson has revealed that he has been diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer, sharing the news during the latest season of Clarkson’s Farm.

The 66-year-old broadcaster told his co-stars, Charlie Ireland and Kaleb Cooper, that doctors had discovered the disease at an early stage.

“I’ve got cancer. It’s aggressive, but it’s really early,” Clarkson said during the episode.

Ahead of the show’s latest episodes, Clarkson posted a video on Instagram warning fans that the upcoming installments would be far more emotional than usual.

“Normally we try to keep the show cheerful and enjoyable, but the final two episodes are very different,” he said. “They’re a difficult watch.”

Clarkson is best known for hosting the popular motoring programs Top Gear and The Grand Tour. In recent years, he has found renewed success with Clarkson’s Farm, which follows his experiences running Diddly Squat Farm in the English countryside.

The announcement comes less than two years after Clarkson underwent a serious heart procedure. In 2024, he revealed that he had experienced chest tightness and a sudden decline in his health before receiving emergency treatment to restore blood flow to his heart.

Despite the diagnosis, Clarkson emphasized that the cancer was detected early, offering hope for successful treatment. Neither Clarkson nor Amazon Prime Video has announced whether the series will continue beyond its current season.
